Payment policies

When making your reservation, you have allowed us written or verbal authorization to use your credit card number and make your payment. You expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservations, payment, release from liability, and cancellation policies. All reservations are subject to availability at the time that your request has been processed. Availability will not be guaranteed until the total payment has been paid.

Cancelation policies

  • Cancellations for Airport transfers and Tour services within 96 hours (4 days) of notice can be refunded without penalty.
  • Cancelations for Airport transfers and Tour services within 72 hours (3 days) of notice will apply a 100% penalty.
  • Refunds, a 3.5% administrative fee of the total amount will apply because of the reimbursement.
  • In case of No-Shows or showing up late at your pick-up time, the refund will not apply. (It applies for departure transfer and tour services).

Limitation of Liability:

México Planners DMC by Transcabo reserves the right to cancel or modify Airport transfer or Tours services due to acts of God or force majeure. In the event of any cancellation of this type, the opportunity to modify the date of the cancellation or the refund of the amount paid will be offered.

Airport Transfer Policies

  • Private Services: will be scheduled according to the Flight information provided by the client from/to the Los Cabos/Cancún airport
  • Shared Services
    • Available for Flights arriving/ departing from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
    • Estimated waiting time before boarding the vehicle will be from 15 to 25 minutes, remember you will be sharing the vehicle with other passengers arriving or departing on different flights.
    • Service will be scheduled according to the flight information provided by the client from/to the Los Cabos/Cancún airport
  • If you have, a special requisition (traveling with a wheel-chair or other), please contact us to confirm the price, and availability and arrange the proper transfer.
  • Gratuities are not included in our airport transfer and Tour services.
  • IMPORTANT: If your flight itinerary has suffered, any change must be notified to Mexico Planners DMC on time.

Minors

  • From 0 to 3 years old has no additional cost, even though will have to Travel in their parent´s lap from/ to the Los Cabos/Cancún airport if you select a shared transfer service.
  • From 4 - 17 years old a full price will apply according to the rate in shared transfer service from/to the Los Cabos/Cancún airport.
  • If you need a car seat, an additional charge of $ 500 pesos will apply. Please check availability with one of our agents.

Luggage policies

  • Two pieces of luggage are included if you selected a Shared transfer service. Car seats are not included in this service.
  • If you travel with a wheel-chair, Golf clubs, bikes, boxes, or any other item with special dimensions must notify in advance an additional charge applies.

Tour Policies

  • If you want to make changes to your reservation will be subject to availability and must be notified to Mexico planners by Email/Phone to confirm availability.
  • All Pick-up times for Tours have a tolerance of 10 minutes, after minute “16” will be considered a no-show.
  • Most of the Tours operate with rain, refunds will not apply for bad weather unless the client cancels 48 hours before the service date.
  • Aquatic Tours if the port closes navigation due to extreme weather that could endanger the safety of passengers, the tour will be canceled and a refund will apply. Mexico Planners will notify you in advance.
